FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.  Who can purchase Event tickets?

Tickets are available to the Judson Community and the general public starting June 2, 2021. If you have a "promo code", please enter it before you make your ticket selection in order to receive the discount.

2.  Is there assigned seating?

This event takes place in the Herrick Chapel on campus. Seating at this event is general admission, except for Event Sponsors and VIP Ticket holders. Please arrive early to find a seat. Confirmation Tickets will be emailed to you once this online registration has been completed.

3.  Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes.  Please have your printed ticket for check-in or have your ticket available on your phone for scanning.  If you do not have your ticket we can still check you in but the process will take longer.

4.  Where will I park when I arrive on campus? 

Parking will be directed as you arrive on campus.  

5.  Is my registration/ticket transferrable or refundable?

Tickets are refundable and transferable if the event organizer is contacted before July 2, 2021.

6.  Can I update my registration information?

Yes.  Please contact Julie Schmidt at Julie.Schmidt@judsonu.edu to make updates.

7.  The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No. Your ticket MUST match the attendee. Event Security will not allow anyone to enter unless their name is on the approved attendee list. 

8.  Can we take photos during the event?

Photography will be allowed at this event.

9.  Are there ID requirements to enter the event?

Yes. Please have a photo ID with you. Any form of ID will work as long as it has your name and photo.

10.  Are there opportunities to be Sponsors of the "Conversations with Mark Vargas" Series?
