Join Blokepedia at Aether Brewing to hear from guest speakers presenting on men’s mental health and wellbeing. Learn strategies and techniques on looking after your own mental health as well as how to recognise the signs and support others who may be struggling.

Guest Speakers

Stephen Moore

Stephen Moore is the only Australian hooker to have played over 100 Tests for his country and is one of the only two players in Australian Rugby history to have earned the rare distinction of 100 Test and 150 Super Rugby appearances. The former ACT Brumbies and Queensland Reds player is also Australia’s most capped Super Rugby player of all time.

Clive Williams

Clive Williams is a psychologist with over thirty years of experience across government and private sectors, community and hospital settings as well as private clinic works. In his private practice he deals mainly with anxiety, depression, relationship counselling and addiction. He is author of the book A Mudmap for Living, currently runs a men’s group and is developing a mental health program for Bond University law students.

James Kirby

James is a Lecturer at the University of Queensland and a Clinical Psychologist. He also holds a Visiting Scholar appointment at The Center for Compassion & Altruism Research & Education at Stanford University. James has published over twenty peer-reviewed journal articles that have focused on parenting, family, and the delivery and effectiveness of evidence-based psychological therapies.
