Challah Back Girls is an initiative founded by four sisters to combine their passion for baking and voice for change. Each month, they fundraise for a different social justice organization working to end racism, build equity, and deepen their capacity to humanize and strengthen one another. Beth Ricanati is a physician and author with over 15 years of experience in women’s health. Her first book, the award-winning Braided: A Journey of a Thousand Challahs, chronicles her journey of a thousand challahs and one woman’s quest for wellness and peace.
A Challah-Centered Conversation will be recorded and shared with those who registered following the event. The recording will not be shared publicaly.
