Conversation Ready NTX is a grassroots initiative to help get our community talking about how we want to live at the end of our lives. Our goal is to not only get people to share their desires and values about their end of life wishes but also have those wishes respected. We need to get the entire community TALKING about their stories and SHARING their experiences. We need everyone's help to get people talking! Professionals in faith based organizations, professionals in senior and health related fields, community leaders and volunteers and anyone else who want to help!
