What to Expect:

Guided Conversation on Black Girls’ Mental Health: Author Starasia Wright shares how she transformed trauma, including her time in a psych ward, into art, liberation, and self-care. Explore themes of love, identity, creativity, and the stories our bodies carry

Energy Work to Ground & Recenter: Led by NicoleHeals, you'll reconnect with your own energy, ancestors, and guides at the onset of the event

Herbal Blending Workshop: Learn the basics of plant energetics and create your own personalized herbal blend for tea, meditation, or smoking

Handcrafted Incense Workshop
