Event description

Description

The California Endowment, the Kresge Foundation, Mercy Housing, and the Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF) invite you to an interdisciplinary convening, tailored to leaders in the health and housing worlds who are seeking to advance health and housing collaboration. Building on a soon-to-be published report by LIIF and Mercy Housing, the convening aims to deepen our collective understanding of how to create new investment in service-enriched housing that meets the needs of health care agencies and improves residents' health outcomes.

The morning will start with a panel of health care investors, followed by a session on some of the most promising practices in this space. In the afternoon, participants will choose from discussion sessions on topics including federal policy, community benefits investment, housing and managed care partnerships, and Pay for Success financing models. The final panel of the day will address how the field's leadership can move the policy and program levers to advance greater progress in the next five years.

We hope you will join us for an engaging conversation!
