Jennifer Jackson currently serves as the Supervisory Economic Development Specialist for the New York District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). In this capacity, Jennifer is responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with small business stakeholders with federal, state, regional and local government organizations, chambers of commerce, trade and educational institutions as well as civic and community organizations.

Rogina Coar-Smith is the Deputy Chief Diversity and Industry Relations Officer at NYC Department of Design and Construction. The Office of Diversity and Industry Relations is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring innovative policies and procedures to promote compliance with New York City Local Law 1 and serves as the primary point of contact for the agency’s industry partners. Previously, Rogina was the Vice-President at the South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation.
