About this event
- Event lasts 8 hours 15 minutes
An interactive workshop where we explore the key areas of commercial and contractual success within extended supply chains for both large and small businesses across different sectors, with ready to go tools and techniques to enhance business performance.
The workshop is not just for people working in Contracts, Procurement, Logistics, BD, Sales or Finance etc. It is also proving popular with operational, client and supplier facing disciplines across the business such as project and engineering teams, as well as supporing graduate/apprenticeship programs.
From Tech or Service startups through to large, established businesses. With feedback from previous workshops including comments such as “really insightful and thought provoking”, “good balance of theory and practical”, “good handbook with slides and notes to review back at the office”, “good tools and examples shared” and “easy to follow examples and not overly legal or technical in language”, we are proud to offer our next public workshop on Wednesday 28th May 2025 in the Sir Alex Furgeson Lounge at Pittodrie, the home of Aberdeen Football Club, with plenty of free parking.
Developed from knowledge and experience gained over more than three decades across the extended supply chains of a number of industry sectors including energy, renewables, manufacturing, construction and the public sector for the provision of goods and services, this interactive workshop with realistic case studies and exercises throughout, will equip delegates with the tools and techniques to minimise commercial and contractual exposure and maximise efficiency and performance in an operational environment across a range of supply chains
