Continuing Tai Chi Class Series Presented by the Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt's Therapeutic Movement Program
- When: Wednesdays from 5:45-6:45pm CT, from May 6th - June 10th, 2026 (6 sessions).
- Format: Hybrid (option to join in person at the Osher Center or virtual via Telehealth Zoom; more info below)
- Facilitator: Cindy Hui-Lio, EdD., Certified Tai Chi Facilitator.
Description:
Continuing level focuses on integrating Tai Chi principles to the movements in the first and third sections of the Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi 103-Form. It is suitable for practitioners with more than one year of experience, including practitioners of various Tai Chi styles.**This series requires a referral from the facilitator, Cindy Hui-Lio, and previous experience in Osher's M1-M2 Tai Chi classes.**
This class is a part of our "M3" Suitability Code Category on our Movement Class Suitability Guide (see below).
M3 classes are suitable for those with prior experience in the practice.
