21 CLETS, LLC, offers an 8-hour online class for Emergency Managers, Communications, Law Enforcement, Fire, Corrections and private business, which will provide information on developing plans of action for continuation of operations. This class is designed to identify keys positions, responsibilities, scheduling and sustainable response before, during, and after a critical incident. This call will leave you prepared to be successful and thrive following a sustained event.

We will provide you with objective identification of what a COOP is including planning during a critical incident. You will be able to understand how to identify leadership, organization, dependents and public can function during a major event. Plus development of an organizational chart identifying responsibilities. Before you leave you will be able to design, implement and follow a COOP plan for your organization.
