Contact Improvisation Intensive with Marie Osterman Jan 3rd 11am-5pm

Join us for a deep dive into Contact Improvisation with Marie Osterman! In this intensive we will explores core concepts fundamental to the practice of CI: weight sharing, gravity, kinesthetic awareness, floorwork, spherical motion and jamming.

Teaching from a lens of compassionate mischief, Marie creates a playful and physically rigorous container. This workshop will include solo exploration, technical pathways, partnering/group exercises and end with opportunities to jam and move as an ensemble.

Whether you're new to CI or returning to its roots, this intensive is for you. All levels welcome- especially newcomers.
