Description
The Lion Brothers Building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As the oldest and largest manufacturer of embroidered emblems, the Lion Brothers Company was an important part of Baltimore’s garment industry. Nestled into the historic Hollins Market residential neighborhood, Lion Brothers offers an exciting opportunity on Baltimore’s Westside. Cross Street Partners will transform this vacant building into office, studio, and light manufacturing space while preserving the historic aesthetic that makes this space compelling.
Closed toe shoes encouraged.
Parking Instructions
Visitors are welcome to park in the surface lot south of the building between Lombard and Boyd Streets or on the streets surrounding the building. There is also garage parking one block north on West Baltimore Street and Poppleton Street at the UMB BioPark.
