Consignor Drop off Times:
Tuesday, April 2nd 4:30-8:30pm these drop off times are by appointment only( you must select appt. time when completing your registration)

Wednesday, April 3rd 9:00am-11:00am by appointment only.

2nd Mid Sale Drop Off:

Thursday, April 4th from 5:30-8:30pm. (This drop off is for non clothing items only)


Consignors earn 60% of the gross sales less a $10.00 Consignor Fee taken out of their check for participation in the JBF Pittsburgh East Sale. Consignors are eligible for 70% of their gross sales if they sign up to be a team member & help out a minimum of 4 hours at the sales event. Consignors may incur additional fees if any battery-operated items they are consigning require a battery replacement during the event in order to show that the item is in working order. Due to the new consignor drop off process instituted in the Fall of 2016, Consignors may incur additional fees if they have more than 5 items pulled from the racks during inspection for quality reasons(i.e. stains, holes, etc.). They may be charged $.25/item for items 5-12 items pulled for not meeting JBF quality standards. Consignors may be charged $.50/item for over 12 items pulled for not meeting JBF quality standards.

All consignors consigning 300+ items MUST make an appointment during one of the Large Quantity Drop off Appointment Options on the order form. Due to the volume of items you have, we have created time slots to help accommodate inspecting your items in the most efficient manner and to help our entire inspection process for ALL consignors go more smoothly. In addition to scheduling a specific appointment time, ALL consignors with 300+ items MUST sign up for a breakdown sorting shift as well. If you have any questions regarding this please contact us.

*Anyone consigning 300+ items(whether it is toys, gear, clothes, etc.) is required to sign up for a drop off time AND to help with at least 1 breakdown shift. As a result you will earn the extra 10% for a total of 70% on your sold items! ;) In addition, if you are consigning 600+ items, we have some MANDATORY, additional requirements.
