About this event

Projects include Trail Maintenance, Educational Prairie Bed Project, and Habitat Restoration

Saturday mornings bring heavy traffic to the Preserve so please plan accordingly as projects start promptly at 9am. Volunteer parking is available by the maintenance barn and noted in the attached picture. To gain access, inform the parking coordinators that you are volunteering in the workday.

  • Clothing: Long sleeves and pants recommended for sun, sting, and scrape protection, closed toe shoes required. Please note Poison Ivy is present throughout Preserve.
  • Items to bring: sunscreen, hat, water
