We are creating artisan fermenting practioners! That means in this workshop you will learn the beautiful art of creating bio-available nutrient rich food through fermentation. We will have samples of some finished product to share plus explain the what's, why's, and how to's of this art.
We will show you:
1- How to build your sourdough start. How to prepare your sourdough bread for a long ferment. How to roll out and bake your bread.
2-How to create, and care for water Kefir.
Things to bring: 2 pint size jar to collect your starts.
After this workshop you will be prepared to incorporate these wonderful foods into your life, adjust your current diet, or just enjoy the occasional healthy gut treat. Whatever level you wish to take this material on we are prepared to help. Our deepest wish is for you to be enlightened with the lost love of fueling your body with something wonderful.
