Conscious Connected Breathwork & Meditation
Overview
Conscious Connected Breathwork & Meditation
Breathwork is a tool that has been used for centuries to support people on their spiritual and healing path. Today, we are able to utilize different techniques to release past trauma, clear energy blocks, and regulate our emotions. The breathwork we will be practicing in this session is a continuous circular breathing technique called CCB (Conscious Connected Breathing). This involves inhaling into the belly, then the chest, and exhaling from the belly and chest — without any pauses between the inhales or exhales. It becomes a continuous, flowing cycle, usually set at a slightly faster pace.
During this session, the facilitator, Hallie, will guide you through the breathwork cycle while providing support, sound therapy, and Reiki energy clearing. The breathwork is combined with a sound journey — music curated by the facilitator to enhance and guide your experience as you breathe. The breathwork portion lasts 35–45 minutes, depending on the participants, and we begin and end with a short intuitively guided meditation.
This practice helps you cultivate respect, love, and understanding for the life force that flows through you with every inhale of oxygen. Conscious Connected Breathwork can help reset your energy, alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression, and leave you feeling more centered, relaxed, and lighter.
Come and experience a powerful transformational journey that deepens your relationship with the sacred breath of life and the Divine essence within it!
