An embodied evening of breath, presence & integration

Join me for a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and deeper connection with your body.

This is a gentle yet powerful in-person experience held in a supportive group setting, with time for integration and rest afterward.

No previous breathwork experience is required.


✨ About This Experience

This in-person breathwork journey is an invitation to slow down, soften into the body, and listen inward.

Through conscious connected breathing, music, and guided support, you’ll be led into an embodied state where insight, emotional release, and deep presence can naturally arise. Each session unfolds differently — there is no forcing, no performance, and no expectation to “go anywhere.”

This work meets you exactly where you are.


🌿 What to Expect

• A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session
• Trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware facilitation
• A supportive group container with individual autonomy
• Music-guided breathing, rest, and spacious integration
• Time afterward to ground and settle before leaving

You are always in choice. You may pause, adjust, or rest at any time.

• You want an embodied experience rather than “talk therapy”

🔹 WHAT TO BRING

• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat (if you have one)
• Blanket or pillow for comfort
• Journal & pen for integration
• Eye mask (optional, for deeper inward focus)


🤍 About the Facilitator

Gosia is a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator with a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware approach. Her work is rooted in presence, integrity, and respect for the body’s natural intelligence.

She works with people who sense there is more beneath the surface — offering breathwork as a way back into presence, clarity, and embodied connection.


Health & Waiver Notice

Participation in this breathwork session requires completion of a health waiver, which will be provided upon registration and must be completed prior to the event.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is not recommended for individuals with:
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Severe cardiovascular conditions
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Recent surgery or major injury
• Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
