When we meditate, we inject far-reaching and long-lasting benefits into our lives: We lower stress levels, connect better, improve focus, and we're kinder to ourselves. In today's virtual environment, we offer you a midday break.

Join the Chopsticks Alley community every Wednesday for a free, 15-minutes meditation session with Dr. Smita Garg, Holistic Healer & Certified Therapist of Kinder Way Healing Services.

True to Chopsticks Alley fashion, Veggielution will share with you an organic vegetable of the week and vegetarian recipes to encourage healthy eating habits.

An email will be sent to all participants with a link to join the meditation session 2 hours before class. You can also watch us on Facebook Live if you cannot join the zoom call.

A 2018 study published by the Journal of Positive Psychology found after meditating for just 15 minutes a day, "participants reported lower levels of negative feelings and higher levels of wellbeing, as well as being better at observing sensations, describing thoughts and emotions, and being better at nonreacting to feelings."
