Cravings for foods such as cakes, biscuits, chocolate, crisps, ice cream often sabotage weight loss plans and healthy eating. This workshop will change the way you feel about the foods you crave so that you no longer crave them. You will have the freedom to decide whether or not you eat them. You will also learn a technique (Emotional Freedom Techniques often called Tapping) that is useful in reducing stress and anxiety.
