Class Description

Connectorcise classes are mindfulness workouts for your connection muscles: your eyes, ears, voice, and brain. Building these muscles empowers you to go beyond ordinary conversations to create energizing connections. With Anyone. Anywhere. Anytime.

In class, you’ll experience 1-on-1 partner meditations, such as silent eye gazing, that stretch your mind and body to accept in-the-moment "awkwardness." It's these sensations and feelings ---or more often the fear of them--- that cause us to automatically break off connection, for example eye contact, before it fully registers in our body. With repeat practice, like learning to drive a car in traffic, you get used to the sensations, burn through fears, and experience deeper levels of relaxation and ease, with a more embodied connection in the moment. From here, you can choose to express yourself with greater creative choice or even grace and artistry.
