Connections: More Than A Support Group - Sept 2025 - June 2026

Welcome to the Connections Support Group

A supportive group that is open to individuals living with sickle cell disease and their loved ones.

Meetings are on the First Tuesday of each Month from 7:00pm-8:00pm via ZOOM

If you or a loved one have sickle cell disease, we invite you to come. You can find support for yourself and you can be of support for others.
