Can you try a new habit and do it for 21 straight days?

Basic Connection Practice is a 15-minute meditation shared between 2-4 people.

We use a lightning-fast version of some powerful old practices, adapted for a busy schedule.

After you have practiced with one of our facilitators 3-5 times, we will give you the tools to lead it yourself, and invite you to start doing so with the people in your life.

Our purpose is "Vulnerable, courageous connection is the new norm" — we hope you will be a part of that!
