About this Event
All women involved in agriculture, connected to the land and our rural communities are encouraged to attend the Connecting Women in Ag Conference hosted by Buchanan County Women, Land and Legacy. The one-day seminar will feature keynote speakers Julie Kenney, Iowa Deputy Secretary of Agriculture and Mollie Aronowitz, Peoples Company Sustainability Director.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to browse our vendor area and tour the Heartland Acres Agriculture Museum and Agribition Center. Thank you to our title sponsor BankIowa, and support from Peoples Company.

Schedule of Events
8-9:00 am: Registration and vendor booths available for shopping
9:00-11:00 am: Welcome and Keynote by Secretary Julie Kenney, and land management presentation by Mollie Aronowitz, Peoples Company Sustainability Director.
11:00 am -12:15 pm: Lunch, shopping, networking
12:15 pm - 2:30 pm Choose between two of the following breakouts sessions.

Sarah Kielly, The Ins and Outs of Value-Added Products
