About Fleur:
Fleur, a Wiradjuri & Wailwaan songwoman, runs Milan Dhiiyaan with her partner Wailwaan/Yuin songman Laurance Magick Dennis.
Milan Dhiiyaan means ‘one family or one mob’, referring to all of us, all of humanity, as one family on mother earth.
Milan Dhiiyaan provides Aboriginal cultural immersion experiences for both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people.
Fleur birthed three of her four children with/as Wiradjuri country in the bush. For all of her four children Fleur practiced Wiradjuri women’s ceremony and culture for herself when pregnant and for the babies once born. Fleur learnt the Birthing & Rebirthing ceremonies from Wiradjuri Elder Minmia.
About your host:
This event is being hosted by Tricia. Tricia delivers nature connection gatherings for women and is looking forward to participating in her own rebirthing ceremony during Fleur's visit.
Cost:
The workshop costs $100 and includes a campfire cooked lunch plus morning and afternoon tea.
