Event description

Description

This event is exclusive to the LeadBoston Alumni Network

Join us on Wednesday, December 6th to experience a piece of YW Boston's Dialogues on Race and Ethnicity programming. This workshop is designed to create a safe and productive space for participants to be self-reflective about our current political and social climate, and to have an open dialogue. This workshop will provide a structure to dig deeper on issues that have permeated our country and encourage participants to create a personal action plan.

This workshop will be led by YW Boston's Racial Justice Program Manager, Payal Sharma. Payal has over ten years of experience as a non-profit management professional looking to continue building sustainable and effective programs to further social justice movements locally, nationally, and globally.

A light dinner will be provided.

We currently have space for 35 participants and we strongly encourage diverse candidates to register. Registrants will receive a 1-page summary of the current events that will be discussed.
