Learn how Feeding Tampa Bay and the Community Health Centers of Pinellas a clinic-based food pharmacy to support food insecure patients with diet-related disease, how the San Antonio Food Bank is literally meeting seniors where they are, in their homes, to address food security and social isolation, and how the Health-Smart Holistic Health and Wellness program is partnering with Feeding Northeast Florida and area farmers to connect low-income Jacksonville seniors with resources through their church.
