What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

I understand that circumstances can change between booking and the start of the groups.  Cancellations made at any stage will receive a full refund for the remaining sessions as long as I can fill your space.  This is usually not a problem as there is usually a wait list for each group.

Question 2

Should I attend if either my baby or I feel ill?

Accepted Answer

To avoid the spread of illnesses, please do not attend if either you or your baby feel unwell, especially if either of you have a fever, vomiting or diarrhoea within the last 48 hours.  I understand a runny nose is very common, so I am happy for you to attend with a slight head cold.

Question 3

Will you share any of my personal information?

Accepted Answer

Any personal information collected will be used solely for managing attendance and communications related to your group e.g. I share names and your baby's age if you select to join the WhatsApp group. No information will be shared with third parties without your consent.

What age baby are these groups meant for?

Accepted Answer

Connecting Mums is for mums with babies who are pre-crawling.  If you're not sure if it's suitable for you please just email me and we can discuss this further.

Question 5

Do the sessions last the full 2 hours each?

Accepted Answer

Yes - each session is 2 hours.  Ideally you will be there for the full session so everyone can benefit from hearing how everyone else in the group is doing.  However, I understand babies can be unpredictable! So if you're running late or need to leave early that is absolutely fine.
