YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO ATTEND. You must be 21 years or older to receive a wristband to purchase and consume alcohol. You must provide a first party, government issued ID as proof of age to enter the event. There will be no exceptions and no refunds. THIS IS THE LAW IN CT.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. You must bring a first party, government issue ID. There are no exceptions to this rule. You must be 18 or older to attend and 21 or older to purchase and consume alcohol. These are state laws we must adhere to.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
You may bring your gently used vaping items if you want to partcipate in the swap. You may bring a picnic lunch or snacks. No coolers allowed. No outside beverages are allowed. There will be beverages available to all attendees but to ensure a successful event, we cannot allow outside beverages. If you have special needs, please notify an event staff member.
What does the ticket price include?
The price of your admission solely covers the cost of the event. No profits are made by the event sponsors. The ticket price includes entrance to the event, parking, pig roast, water, entertainment, guest host appearances, advocasy education and outdor games. Early Bird Ticket sales include a Swag Bag. All staff are volunteers who have generously donated their time for your enjoyment.
What is not included in the ticket price?
Cash bar and food trucks will be availble at reasonable prices. Raffle items are not included in the ticket price; these are contributions from vendors wishing to support the CT SFATA Chapter's efforts in providing a memorable experience and in continuing our advocay efforts. Beer and wine is not included in the ticket price.
Who gets the money raised from raffles and beverages?
All proceeds from the sale of beer and alchohol sales go directly to the Elks Club. Proceeds from raffle tickets go to the CT SFATA Chapter for our advocacy efforts and future events along the CT Vapor Trail.
How long will Suck My MOD & Zophie Vapes be at this event?
Our hosts will be there the entire day, giving you plenty of time to say hello and get to know them better.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
You must find your own transportation to the event. A carpooling thread will be posted on our facebook page two weeks prior to the event. If you are interested in carpooling, please refer to that site. Parking is included in your ticket price. You will be directed to parking upon arrival to the event where you will also be asked for your ticket and ID and supplied with a wristband and other ticket-type options (ie. Swag Bag for those holding Early Bird tickets).
If I have special needs or dietary restrictions, who do I contact?
The upper level ballroom is wheel-chair accessible. The outdoor pavillion does not have a ramp, however, the grounds are flat enough where a wheel-chair can easily pass. The outdoor space is quite large so there is ample room to manuever. Parking spaces will be reserved for disabled attendees. If you have dietary requirements, we will do our best to accomodate you. Please contact either of our chapter's co-chairs at the information provided in the next FAQ.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes. You may do so by logging back into the Eventbrite website and following the instructions provided there.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
YES. The event is located in a rural area where cellular service and data are limited. If you do not print your ticket, you risk not being able to load it on your cellular device.
What is the refund policy?
There will be no refunds issued for any reason. All ticket sales are final.
