The mission of the Connected Learning Summit is to fuel a growing movement of innovators harnessing emerging technology to expand access to participatory, playful, and creative learning.

The Connected Learning Summit represents a merger between three community events with this shared vision and values: the Digital Media and Learning Conference, the Games+Learning+Society Conference, and Sandbox Summit. With a unique focus on cross-sector connections and progressive and catalytic innovation, this event brings together leading researchers, educators and developers.

FAQs

What's the refund policy?

Conference registrants canceling their registration on or before September 2, 2019 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a $25 processing fee.

Please note: No refunds will be given after September 2, 2019 (30 days before the conference begins).

Do presenters have to pay registration?

Presenters accepted in all categories must pay a registration fee to participate in CLS2019, as well as fund their own travel and accommodation. The registration price for presenters is $370. Presenters must pay the registration fee as part of the acceptance process.

Can I pay by check? If so, how?

We do accept checks.

During the registration checkout process select ‘Pay by check’ from the ‘Payment Method’ dropdown. Continue checking out as usual. Follow instructions below for mailing the check.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you do not need to bring a printed copy of your ticket. We will only need your first and last name when checking in at the conference.
