Hola amigos! "Connect Your Breath" and join us at Quayside for a morning of outdoor paired workouts and yoga in collaboration with lululemon and Broc and Bells followed by delicious low calorie vegetarian bites and refreshments at Super Loco Robertson Quay.

What's on?

0900 - 0930: Kickstart Saturday morning with a sweat buddy workout session by 'Broc & Bells'

0945 - 1100: SoulFlow by guest teacher Princess from Freedom Yoga - an introspective flow connecting music, movement and breath designed to uplift and empower participants

1100 - 1200: Refreshing light bites, loco health elixirs and Agua Frescas at Super Loco

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the event to secure your mat.

Bring water, small towels with a positive attitude to match and come with open arms, ready to meet new likeminded amigos.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

- For those driving, the nearest parking is Studio M hotel ($6 /1 hour with $3 per additional hour)

- Nearest station is Clarke Quay North East Line (NEL) Station. Take the exit towards Carpenter Street towards Eu Tong Sen Street and Nanson Road. Alternatively, take the train to Somerset station, take 123 bus from Orchard Plaza, drop off at 'Blk 2' or Hotel Miramar bus stop and climb the bridge over to Robertson Quay.

- If you are driving, choose The Quayside (60 Robertson Quay), InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay (1 Nanson Road) or Studio M Hotel (3 Nanson Road). Hourly or per entry parking charges apply.
