Event description
Structural Issues; Repairs vs Replacements Presented by Ask an Adjuster

About this event

Join your advisors for an educational presentation on Structural Repairs presented by Kevin Downs with Ask an Adjuster. This educational session will focus on informing community association leaders on how to determine the differences between potential structural issues caused by a covered loss, a construction defect, or other considerations. Learn what damages could be a covered loss by the property insurance policy, owed by the developer, or a potential capital improvement to be funded by reserves. Attendees will take away how to guide your board/community through the process of finding damages (whether obvious or hidden,) determining if it should be a temporary repair or due for full replacement, all the way through to making a successful recovery for all damages whether through the property policy, defect or utilizing reserves.

This event is exclusive to community association professionals, board members and industry partners and is not an accredited CEU.
