Connect & Learn | Emotional Intelligence: What Is It and How Do I Get Some?
Build skills you can apply immediately to your life and work, and at the same time enjoy being part of a lively network of learners and community leaders.
Sessions are online, live, interactive, and collaborative. Each session will include time to connect, network, meet new colleagues, and strengthen relationships.
The December 15 session will be led by Alyssa Dickman.
What do we mean when we talk about emotional intelligence, especially in the workplace? Sure, emotions are a part of everything we do, but how do they come into play in terms of interactions with colleagues and how we respond to success and failure? Under the guidance of leadership development expert Alyssa Dickman, learn about the EQ-i model and how leading with emotional intelligence can help you bring out the best in yourself and others.
Programs take place via Zoom. Login instructions will be provided to ticket holders by email 24 hours in advance.
