Enjoy a guided SOMA breathwork and sound healing journey

Your breath is the only thing you do subconsciously which you can control consciously. It is the portal into the body. When we use specific breathing techniques we can change our state, switch off stress and access deep calm.

You will be guided into a SOMA breath journey where you can tap into your higher self and the healing power of ancient wisdom through guided meditation, rhythmical breathing and amazing music.

About me

My name is Tom and I am a life coach and breathwork facilitator.

Following burnout and poor health 5 years ago I embarked on a journey to make big lifestyle changes, and to find answers.

After trying many different ways of improving my health, and making many mistakes along the way, I found that living well came from questioning almost everything I'd ever learnt about how to live in this world!

I now live a more satisfying and meaningful life than ever where I get to spend more time otuside in nature and enjoy life as a father of 3, a husband and a coach.

And I now know that my calling is to coach others to unlock their potential.
