This forum is a community event, in which Reverend William Lamar IV will moderate a topical discussion with Congresswoman Norton about the evolution of community in the District of Columbia. The conversation will include a robust discussion on D.C. Statehood and other federal matters that Congresswoman is advancing on Capitol Hill on behalf of her constituents. Specifically, the conversation will explore the pragmatic solutions, that are required in this political climate to bring residents of the District together to solve issues that affect us politically, socially and culturally. This event is especially for faith-based leaders, community groups and activists, who would like to engage the Congresswoman with related questions.
