Carol Zee, CEO

RESET Consulting

As a speaker and trainer on self-awareness and effective communication with 17+ years in the non-profit world, Carol inspires those she works with to take a closer look at their habits, their mindsets and their day to day management of themselves. Her training as a mediator dramatically improved the way she approached conflict, how she dealt with difficult personalities and how she coached her team. Her positive results inspired the launch of her business, RESET Consulting, to share these communication and conflict management strategies with other small businesses and non-profit organizations who struggle with workplace conflict.
