These tools help to increase effectiveness and ease in communicating. Attendees will get a chance to practice what they learn through hands-on exercises.

This 3- hour workshop will take place on Saturday, October 27, 10 am-1pm, at 619 Congress St, Portland, ME 04101-3301.

Participants will learn:

*How to navigate conflict so it can be a gateway to greater understanding and intimacy.

*Strategies to handle complex and/or difficult emotions so you can increase your sense of belonging, connection and appreciation.
