Conference Objectives!

The Future of Education

The Future of Education and Skills 2030 aims to help education systems determine the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values students need to thrive in and shape their future.

According to a report released by OECD Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), “OECD Future of Education and Skills 2030” the future generation of students should be taught to learn, to adapt to, thrive in and even shape whatever the future holds.

“The future, by definition, is unpredictable; but by being attuned to some of the trends now sweeping across the world we can learn – and help our children learn – to adapt to, thrive in and even shape whatever the future holds. Students need support in developing not only knowledge and skills but also attitudes and values that can guide them towards ethical and responsible actions. At the same time, they need opportunities to develop their creative ingenuity to help propel humanity towards a bright future”.

The OECD Learning Compass 2030

According to this report, learning framework is the product of collaboration among different stakeholders such as government representatives, academic experts, school leaders, teachers, students and social partners from around the world with a genuine interest in supporting positive change in education systems. This reports insists that well-being of a society is a shared destination and it is far more than economic and material prosperity. A very interesting and phenomenon, indeed.

Quite obviously, the approach towards education and honing the skillsets of the future generation has undergone dramatic transformation over the years. It, naturally, warrants the support and cooperation of each and every individual and their support to make it a great support.

In this scenario, the upcoming conference on education aims at achieving the following objectives.

Specific Objectives of the Upcoming Conference

 To promote active and high-quality research in the field of education in broader terms and other related areas, with a special emphasis on improving the attitudes and values, while honing the skillsets of the future generation;

 To encourage regional and international delegates to share their outstanding contributions and research works/findings/experiences with other delegates from different parts of the world in this field;

 To inculcate the habit of undertaking inter-disciplinary research towards the advancement of the theory and practice of all disciplines related to education, educational administration, teaching, learning, technology, assessment, best practices in all these aspects, etc.,

 To offer a platform in order to bring together leading educationists, researchers, scholars, administrators/decision-makers and all the parties/stakeholders involved in educational research to identify topics of common interest and disseminate their knowledge at the international landscape.
