Course Description:

Performance appraisals differ throughout the industry and may be called various names such as evaluations or reviews. Appraisals are critical to the supervisee’s development. These tools provide feedback to the supervisee by identifying strengths and weaknesses and develops a plan for improvement. This training will focus on the summative and formative evaluation process.

Goals:

Participants gain an understanding of the importance performance appraisals.

Participants will learn components of performance appraisals

Participants will be able to conduct performance appraisals independently on their staff.
