Conducting Family Engineering Events at Your Library

Are you interested in getting children and their families motivated and interested in science and engineering? In this training, library staff will learn how to set up and hold a Family Engineering Event. Library staff from ALL Oregon Coast libraries are invited to attend!
- 8:30am - 9:45am
Participants will learn how to set up and use the Family Engineering Kit and materials to conduct their own Library Family Engineering Event.
- 9:45am - 10:00am - Break
- 10:00am - 12:00pm
The library opens to the public, families arrive,and participants practice facilitation Family Engineering activities with the public.
Please register by April 21. There is no cost to attend this training, or for the families to attend the April 29th public portion of the event.
