About the Instructor:
SAYURO HISHAM - Personal trainer in Meditation, Self-Leadership and other areas of human development. He has been studying and practicing martial arts and zen philosophy for more than 15 years. Dissatisfied with his IT job he left his home country Brazil and went to the Condor Blanco Reserve, a mountain in the South of Chile, where, for the last 10 years, he received an intensive and complete training in Meditation and Personal & Spiritual Development. Sayuro is passionate about continuing education and improvement. His teaching style is precise yet approachable with the capacity to adapt and meet the student’s needs. Today he lives his dream, traveling the world teaching and delivering transformational personal training.
We recommend checking-in on Friday April 29th so that you can join us for the Tea Reception.
We will start on Saturday morning and end on Sunday, April 30th at 5:30 p.m.

Participants can choose the room which fits their budget and desired level of comfort. Private accommodations with in-suite bathrooms are available, as well as shared rooms for 2 with a bathroom in the hall. If you decide to share, the Institute will match you with someone of the sex who is also participating in the program.
All food, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, is $30 per day. This is paid directly to the Himalayan Institute
