These will be completed at a 90% percent effort with the aim to maintain the same pace for allm 10 efforts.
The Faster you finish the more rest time you will have!

The CONDITN. RUN. Series will bring us together to take our purpose driven approach out of the studios and to the track. You will learn how our training principals apply to running and how strength training supports you to be improve your performance, be less prone to injury and optimises your over overall running plan.
