Join us for the third edition of the CONDITN. //RUN. Series - a purpose-driven night run where you choose your pace, push your limits, and finish with an epic recovery experience.
The Plan
- 7:00pm – Meet at CONDITN. Martin Place (lockers avaliable for belongings)
- 7:00–7:10pm – Warm-up jog to the Sydney Opera House
- 7:15pm – Run Start: Out & Back Night Run
- 8:00pm onwards – Post-run recovery takeover at RCVRI Martin Place for Saunas, Ice Baths, Compression Boots & Steamy Protein Hot Chocolates by True Protein.
The Run
Choose your distance: 6k, 7k, 8k, 9k, or 10k
Goal: Complete your chosen distance in approximately 36-40 minutes
Suggested Pace Guide:
- 6k – under 6:00/km
- 7k – under 5:30/km
- 8k – under 5:00/km
- 9k – under 4:30/km
- 10k – under 4:00/km
This is a staggered out-and-back race - you decide your effort. Run solo, with your crew, or chase the person ahead. Prizes and giveaways for winners, with something for everyone who shows up and gives it a go.
