Description
This workshop will introduce and analyze certain conditions that naturally encourage conflict within any organization. Understanding what these conditions are, arms organizational members with the necessary insight to mitigate the harmful impact and to support conditions that prevent such conditions, when possible.
This workshop is open to NEOMED faculty, staff and students.
