Event description
Concerned about our democracy? Democracy Volunteers observes elections across the UK and Europe to help improve electoral standards.

About this Event

Democracy Volunteers is the UK's largest domestic election observation group. We have observed throughout Europe and the UK. Election observation is crucial in building and maintaining a healthy democracy as it provides a crucial check on how the electoral system is run and promotes best practice between nations.

If you wish to volunteer to be an observer, officially accredited by the Electoral Commission, and are free to do so on the 12th of December, consider joining us in Leeds on the 13th of November. During this event our director John Ault and Election Coordinator Harry Busz will discuss why election observation is so important and how you can get involved in this year's General Election.
