About this event
We will join together to learn and meditate in a welcoming and uplifting group setting. Each event in the series features a different meditation technique.
What Will I Learn?
This evening will be led by Amy Appel, an experienced and inspiring yoga teacher and meditation guide. She will demonstrate simple tools to develop our concentration and focus so we can be more “present” in our lives and the world around us. There will be a brief overview of the use of mantra and malas, some light physical movement and plenty of time for meditation and discussion.

If you don’t receive it, please contact us at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time via TEXT at 561-654-6847. The Zoom meeting room will open approximately 30 minutes before the class starts. Please join at least 15 minutes early to make sure we can address any questions you may have about Zoom and to give you time to settle in.
