Getting ready to have a baby, but not sure if Google is serving up the most reliable advice on how to get pregnant? Our health coaches and educators have you covered.

This 90-minute class is part of our pre-pregnancy program and will give you the tools to become an expert in your own fertility. We’ll show you what to look for and how to interpret what’s going on so that you can time your efforts and figure out just what you need to do in order to embark on your journey to parenthood.

Note: This class is designed for those who are just beginning to try to conceive, or are planning to begin trying.

If you think you may have an issue with infertility, please schedule a visit with one of our Board Certified Nurse-Midwives or Physicians to evaluate your health history and menstrual cycles.

To ensure everyone feels comfortable sharing sensitive information, this class is open to those trying to conceive only. We prefer partners not attend. Thank you!
