The Dean of the Faculty of Science, Professor Karen Day, invites you to attend a seminar where you will learn about exciting developments in Computational Biology and have the opportunity to ask our world-leading teachers and researchers about the amazing careers opening up in this field. Computational biology is an interdisciplinary field that applies computational methods to large collections of biological data, and research in this area is having positive impacts on people, animals and the environment around the world.

This a great field of study for those interested in pursuing health sciences at university.

Secondary school students, parents, Biology, Maths and Careers teachers are welcome to attend

A light supper will be provided at 6.00pm with the session commencing at 6.30pm.
