Our studio of the month in October is Bexley Yoga!
Join us every Sunday at 11am at Bend for a complimentary class!

**A mat will be needed for class - a limited number of mats are available for use on a first come, first serve basis**


Sunday Oct 1 - POWER FLOW
Instructor: Jill Gigliotti

Class description: Power Flow combines traditional strength training moves with an invigorating power yoga flow. Think bicep curls while in crescent lunge. It also includes cardio and plyometrics to build lean muscle mass and boost metabolism. All levels welcome.


Sunday Oct 8 - FUSION FLOW
Instructor: Hanna Fidler

Class description: This class is a beautiful blend of flexibility, meditative and endurance movement to help expand and deepen your practice. You’ll focus on yoga postures that will strengthen your body and bring tranquility to your mind simultaneously. Fusion Flow is a class that allows for personal growth and discovery by moving into postures that are both guided and free flowing. Enjoy moments of freedom during your practice, by allowing your body to explore its boundaries to motivating music...at your own pace and your own breath. Fusion Flow is the perfect combination of music, flow and strength to light up your day.


Sunday Oct 15 - RESET
Instructor: Rachel Bertner

Class description: Reset is for anyone who wants to start their week with a clean body and mind slate. This class will use accessible asana and pranayama to take the flow of the body deeper into the flow of the body's energy. Every week we will reset specific flows of energy aligned with specific organs for a jumpstart to a new experience in yourself to take with you off the mat. This class is ideal for stress relief, detoxification and strengthening the mind/body connection.


Sunday Oct 22 - VINYASA FLOW
Instructor: Jen Conley

Class description: Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links movement into and out of poses (asanas) to the breath (pranayama) and flows smoothly between different poses in a kind of “dance”. Vinyasa classes build strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Some experience recommended but not required.


Sunday Oct 29 - ROCK YOUR VINYASA
Instructor: Jim Dickhaus

Class description: This is a multi-level blended class of movement to improve strength, flexibility and stability, all to the best playlist you will hear all day. Jim will offer modifications for all levels. Postures are linked together through breath and movement (vinyasa). Inversions, back bends and balance poses may be offered and participants may choose whether to try the poses.
