Enjoy this unique Cooperative Cooking Experience with the talented Chef Dan Wecker

About this Event

We limit our classes to only 10 guests to allow plenty of time with the talented Chef Dan Wecker. Going beyond the basics learn to create three "mother" sauces with variations on each helping you master a total of 9 sauces. Pairing food with each leads to a feast including a glass of Chef-paired wine! (A Basic Sauces Class is offered on January 21st, 2020 )

Base: Roasted Chicken Stock

Compex Sauce 1: Chicken Bordelaise served with Baguette

Complex Sauce 2: Grenobloise Sauce served with Chicken

Complex Sauce 3: Chasseur Sauce served with Duck

Base: Fish and Mussel Stock

Complex Sauce 1: Vin Blanc Sauce served with French Bread

Complex Sauce 2: Marguery Sauce served with Flounder

Complex Sauce 3: Marseilles Sauce served with Shrimp

Base: Hollandaise served with Vegetables

Complex Sauce 1: Bearnaise Sauce served with Filet

Complex Sauce 2: Maltaise Sauce served with Scallops

All courses served with Pommes Lyonnaise
