Meditation learners start with experience of the energy awakening and the blissful changes it brings. As participants grow in practice volunteer team helps participants try next steps and various techniques. There are no goals and timelines as everyone has own journey path but there is path for progress for all. Sahaja Yoga meditation technique founded in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi is used and it is always free.

How does it work?

Start with beginners awakening step and then move one to balancing and technqiues related to various energy centers known as chakras. The key challenge in establishing a habit is delay in feeling the benefit and lack of guidance to steer through distractions and keep motivation level up. There various sessions to keep in touch and if participants desire , they are conncected to a small support group of other practitioners who help keep motivation up. While there is no timeline to completion as each person has own journey path particpants take anywhere from 3 months to 9 months. The sessions are recurring that give opportunity to rejoin and resume at any point of time. By the time you complete the course you would have got free meditation app, attended many sessions, established meditation point in your home and probably been helped by more than 100 volunteers from around the world enriching your practice and wisdom.
